Mark is a founder of TD and has served as salesman, manager, and a fake tech. He gets great pleasure from finding talented people and letting them do what they do best - which has led to many successes. When not in the office Mark enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his wife and family and making and eating pizza.

Hilary is a nerd at heart and so has been a part of the TD team for over 7 years, while her adoration for the growing business increases every step of the way! As a Seattle native, she enjoys doing anything the outdoors has to offer with her fiancé and son – golfing, riding, camping, surfing, paddle boarding, gardening.

Roger Swearingen has been involved in the convergence of video and computers for over 20 years. As CTO Roger is in charge of continuing to explore and develop new ideas and products for Tri-Digital’s customers.

Lila has worked for Tri-Digital since 2006 managing financials and overseeing events. She loves working in technology because it’s always changing and challenging. When away from work, you can find her enjoying time with family, practicing yoga, supporting women & families during childbirth and enjoying a laugh with friends.

Eric Doyle spent most of his career in the training and customer service field. He joined the Tri-Digital team in 2009 as a Project Manager and has been involved in the organization and execution of multiple Tier 1 events. His dedication to upholding the Tri-Digital standards helps grow our client and partner relations.

Cassidy is a Georgia peach who recently moved to Seattle. Her southern accent is authentic as well as her love for the Atlanta Braves. As a project coordinator she manages and supports all sizes of events. When Cassidy isn’t navigating around her new city she enjoys spending time with her husband, Corey.

Jeff “El Jefe” Tyler is our very own technical guru. There isn’t a puzzle he can’t solve, or an issue he can’t fix, even if it takes all night, and all day, and all night. Just don’t talk to him until he’s had his coffee.

Alex moved to the Northwest from Romania and attended the University of Washington. While completing her BFA in Digital and Experimental Media she studied various ways of creating art with technology, including film and 3D. She is the core of the Design Department where her technical and creative sides can come together.

Scott is a web developer who enjoys working with Visual Studio, C# and .NET. His passion is the information side of user centered design – user interviews, database and web application design and project planning. When he is away from work, he is usually biking or enjoying time with his wife, son, and daughter.

Since a young age, Sean has been intrigued by the ever evolving industry of technology. That intrigue later lead to starting a small video production company in 2003. Now, he’s excited to bring his knowledge and ideas to the Tri-Digital Team. He gets to work with an amazing group of talented people and wonderful clients.

James has been with Tri-Digital since 2008 and continues his role in the technical development for the company. His favorite part of the job is being able to work with such a fun group and traveling all over, making sure to take advantage of his love for sports by attending as many stadiums along the way.

Josh has been building computers and websites since he was 16. Since then he has gotten his degree in Computer Science and furthered his skills in C#, ASP.net and SQL Server. When not immersed in the coding world Josh likes relaxing with his family, traveling and experiencing new things.

Heidi is a seasoned marketing professional with a decade of experience in planning and executing projects and events. Heidi has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. In her leisure, Heidi loves spending time with her family, skiing and biking.

Travis is a web developer fresh out of college with a degree in Information Technology & Systems, and bursting with enthusiasm to be a part of the Tri-Digital team. He enjoys learning new technologies and developing with C# and ASP.NET. Whenever logged-off, Travis loves to spend his time with his wife and two sons, and to get outdoors for some skiing or hiking.

Ryan is a self-professed nerd with a passion for all things gadget(y). Chances are he will know the model number and release date of that particular digital doo-dad you've been secretly lusting over. Ryan's low power state often contains playing hockey, watching hockey or talking hockey with his wife and three children in tow.

Originally from Minnesota, Paul spent the last five years in media post production in New York City. Prior to that, he was an Audio/Video technician in Southern California. Paul is glad to join a team that thrives on innovation and is constantly learning new ways to best serve its clients.
