This is where our planning process pays off. We arrive ready to go and on a mission: equipment set up and testing, schedule confirmation, system testing, vendor integration and (finally) show time! The entire event is monitored by our team of in-room Producers and Project Managers to ensure a smooth show. Our Technical Leads are there too, to address any technical issues that may arise. When the event is complete, we'll have your content available ASAP and then we'll pack up and go on to the next show.

Event Management

All the bases are covered by our experienced Project Managers that are dedicated to your event. Their job is to follow the process from start to finish and continue clear communication to our clients.

Technical Support

Our team of equipment technicians, network specialists and software engineers are always available to troubleshoot, answer questions and keep everything running smoothly during and after the event.

Quality Assurance

Whether we are producing one presentation or 900, it is important that each one receives attention to detail so that online or on-demand content is accurate and always available. Our QA team is there to scrutinize every presentation, all website links and any other component that plays a role in the success of every event.
